National Chamber Foundation Authors’ Series

NCF’s mission is to drive the policy debate on the important emerging issues by formulating arguments, developing options, and influencing thinking in an effort to move the American business agenda forward. As part of that mission, NCF consulted with industry specialists and Chamber staff to create a list of books that both advance our agenda and challenge our thinking.

In conjunction with the 2008 Books That Drive the Debate, NCF launched a new program called the Authors’ Series, in which authors from the year’s book selections were invited to participate in an open forum to discuss their book and related topics.  These discussions took shape in the form of webinars, conference calls, and on-site events at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington, D.C.  For questions regarding this series, please contact Ben Askin at (202) 463-5500 or at ncfevents@uschamber.com.
